 Really Pleased & Works With Nano 4g December 26, 2008

I've only just gotten this dock and have only tried it out a few times so far but I'm immensely pleased. Here are some things you should know:
* It plays and charges the ipod nano 4g *
The radio works really well
Sound quality is really good, especially for the price
Very easy to use and set up
Handy snooze button
Light dims to nearly nothing for you light sensitive people and can be turned off all together
Remote is kind of bad quality if that's important to you (but does work OK)
2 alarms
Can preset radio stations

On the upside, it works well, is easy to figure out, has a nice LCD display, and has some nice alarm and sleep features. On the downside, you can't turn off the button lights, the bass is too low and the remote is limited in functions that interact with the iPod itself. Even though I can imagine it with better features in many categories, as far as what it's purpose is intended for, it's a good choice and even a bargain in many cases.

The only thing that bothers me about this product is the remote control. Its not as accurate as i hoped it to be.

Looks great, sounds great, and is built like a tank. Works perfectly with iPod (various models) and/or external devices (such as other MP3 players or XM radio). However, used as a clock radio (with several lighting adjustments for different ambient light room conditions), I have seen nothing that works as nicely as an iHome Clock Radio.
Strongly recommend purchase of this device.
