Amazon.com Product Description Everyone's talking about the Wave street surfer inline action board, which blends the sensations of surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding in a single fun design. The Wave--which runs on two wheels rather than four--gives you the ability to perform precision 360s in small spaces, carve downhill, and even ride uphill, making it a blast for riders of all ages. And, of course, riders can perform all manner of skating tricks, including manuals, board leaps, ollies, acid drops, kick flips, and more. This particular version of the Wave, called the Ripple, is specially designed to meet the needs of younger riders. It's proportionally smaller than the Wave in length and width, letting the rider take a narrower stance to match his or her riding needs, yet still offers the same level of maneuverability and performance. Like the Wave, the Ripple is distinguished by a spring-oriented torsion bar that controls the flexible front and rear panels, along with a pair of fully rotating 360-degree wheels with ABEC5 bearings. Once on the board, the rider merely twists his or her hips back and forth in an S-shaped motion to propel down the street, with no foot propulsion required. Even better, it takes only a few minutes to learn how to ride the Ripple. Within a few hours, most riders will become proficient. And riders needn't worry about the Ripple's durability, as the platforms are made of a virtually indestructible ABS plastic, while the steel torsion bar never wears down. This "Cyclone" version of the Ripple, which is designed for riders between the ages of 5 and 14, measures 28 by 8 by 5 inches (W x H x D), weighs 8 pounds, and carries a one-year warranty.
Product Description The Street Surfing Ripple Cyclone junior street surfboard is like no other ride on the street. It combines the feeling of surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding on 2 wheels. It gives you the ability to do precision 360s, carve downhill, and even ride uphill!

my kids love theirs! Easier to learn on! January 4, 2009 D. McDonald (UT) The ripstick junior was easier for all my children to learn on. I got the junior ripstick for my 9 year old. But my 4 older teen agers all wanted to learn on his and then use theirs. Very sturdy and a great buy! Does take a little time to learn how to do it. My kids helped each other by holding on to each other as they learned. Don't let kids give up because once they learn how to balance on it and make it move, they have a lot of fun!!
Poor Customer Service December 3, 2008 L. Nelson 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
I'm actually writing to warn people in regards to Street Surfing. I am trying to purchase either this product, or another similar Street Surfing board. I have left messages for three days on their recorder and with an answering service company but received no call back. If they are unable to return calls to someone attempting to buy a product, you can be assured you would have a terrible time getting assistance after purchase. The user reviews are good, but all just be aware that if you have trouble with a purchased product you're probably on your own.
Son Loves It! September 30, 2008 Tyler Mecham (UTAH) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My son wanted a mini ripstick and we saw this as a cheaper alternative. He loves it and never said a thing about it being any different than a mini ripstick. He rides it non stop!
Ripstik Rip-off??? July 4, 2008 M. R. Knox 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I've purchased from Amazon before and never had any problems. The Ripstik I ordered came missing pieces so beware. The ad said it was new but when it was received it was missing an entire caster, axle, and wheel. I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to find repair parts to fix this "new" Ripstik.
Wave Ripple Junion April 20, 2008 L. Knowles (White Salmon, WA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I found this product to be well priced and quickly delivered. Our daughter tried her older brother's Wave but found it difficult to maneuver and control so we got her the Junior so they could Wave together. It's great balance and core stabilization exercise, and they have a great time together and with neighborhood friends (don't forget the helmet). Good, clean fun! The Wave Ripple Junior Street Surfing Board-Cyclone.
