Anyone home? With the Magic Doorbell Playhouse, new friends can announce their arrival by leaning on the electric doorbell. (Requires three AAA batteries, not included.) Once through the red half-door, they'll find a cozy play space that has all the comforts of home, including a kitchen corner with stove, microwave, and cordless phone. Forty-four inches high internally, the house has a pleasing blue "tile" roof and tan exterior walls that are half "masonry," half "board," as well as a lot of nice touches, like a pointed blue lintel over the front door. The all-plastic exterior measures 48 by 32 inches; adult assembly is required, but it snaps together quickly and easily. --Richard Farr

We purchased this from Craigslist (used) for $20 and it was the best $20 we have ever spent. Out daughter LOVES going in and out, closing the door and shutters, etc. Now I just have to find some chairs to go inside. :)

Our 17 month old son received this playhouse for Christmas and it has been a big hit!!! It is just the right size and our living room is not huge by any means but not small either and fits nicely in the corner. He loves closing and opening the door. It only took my husband, brother, and dad 20 minutes to put together.

My parents bought this for my 2.5 year old daughter this year for Christmas, and she LOVES it! My husband put it together in about 45 minutes with a drill.It is not huge so it doesn't take up tons of room. Our Living Room is a good size and it fits nicely in a corner. It has lots of sounds and the little pretend stove and phone are really cute. My daughter loves running in and out of it, shutting her door and the shutters. Two childrens would easily fit in this. I can fit in it as well. I think this will provide hours of imaginitive play. Overall I would rate this an excellent buy.

I purchased this house about 3 years ago for my then 2 y/o twin boys and 4 y/o son. They absolutely loved it. It was very durable. It easily snapped into place and we chose not to use the screws in the roof. The roof was secure without the screws and it was easier to take apart and move. I assembled myself and it didn't take me long to do. The 3 boys all played in the house together and there was plenty of room. As they got older and started climbing on the roof we passed this toy onto someone else.

This is a great house,got it at toysrus,has six ring tones at doorbell,dog,knock knock,jibberish,fog horn,etc.,it's so easy to assemble.all you need is a helper(to enjoy assembly)and a power or ratchet screwdriver(you need both)the stove is a little tricky to start but once you start the hole you can use a power drill!your child will love it.Swinging door/window,spongebob chair fits inside(you can probably get a big screen TV in there!)Great for the price $129.00
