Product Description Kids can join their buddy Diego on a trike tough enough for years of adventure, but with all the features parents value in a first trike, and more! Kids can ride smoothly with its comfort-ride seat that lifts to reveal a secret storage compartment for all their treasures. A clicking "key" lets kids feel like they're really driving. Chunky pedals and easy-grip handlebars make it easy to pedal and steer. Measures 20" x 18.5" x 29". Holds up to 55 pounds.

Pedals & Turning January 1, 2009 Sarah Jones (Des Moines, IA United States) Like others, my kid is 2 and can't reach the pedals. The trike is difficult to turn. My kid scoots the trike around till he reaches the direction he wants to move in. It is only 20 bucks but I just kind of thought that the toy would do more than a hot wheels car seeing as it is an active play toy, at least that is what I thought a trike was. Wrong again.
BUY IT!!!!! November 28, 2008 jellybean (chicago burbs) I bought this for my best friend's 2 year old. HE LOVES IT! We barely could get it put together, he was so excited, he kept playing with the parts. The second it was put together he jumped right on it. When we took it outside, the neighbor's daughter (also 2 years old) also had to ride it. He still rides it daily, a month and a half later. I was so impressed with the kids' response I went ahead and ordered one for my child to have for once she is 2 (she is only 4 months old)
Good First Tricycle November 21, 2008 Ursula K. Raphael (Michigan, USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
My son's first "bike" was the Motorcycle, and when he outgrew it, we bought him this Diego trike. My son just turned three this summer, and he is very tall for his age, but even he had a little trouble with the pedals. He could reach them, but he barely had aenough length to give them a decent push. After a few growth spurts, it's been getting easier for him to pedal. While my son is the right wiehgt for his height, I'm concerned heavier children would have trouble with this trike by the time their feet reached the pedals. In fact, my son will probably outgrow this before we've even had it an entire year, so we brought it inside to play with. My son has learned to steer well with this, and I don't have to worry about him toppling over. He loves having a place to stash some of his smaller toys (in the seat). Overall, I would say this is a quality trike for the price.
Ronnie's First Bike October 22, 2008 Ronnie's Mummy (Bahamas) This is a really durable tricycle that your child will love playing with especially putting items in the seat and all. But unfortunately they won't be able to ride it until they are about three or four unless they are extremely tall. I bought the tricycle for my son when he was 15 months old he enjoys it very much, he puts his toys, books, sand and pebbles in the seat but he still cannot reach the pedals and he is now 27 months old and three feet tall. He has to move his feet as if he is walking to ride it and that becomes very tiring for him especially when I carry him for rides in the neighborhood. One of my neighbors grandchild has the same trike and he is having the same problem he just turned 3 and still can't reach the pedals. By the way, if you do buy one and start to lose little items around the house my advice is to take a look in the seat every now and again.
Great toy September 18, 2008 Raul Prado (Glendale, CA USA) My older kid had this toy and the little one wanted so much the same so I decided to buy exactly the same toy. I went to Target and Toys are us and I could not find it. Good there is Amazon where I order it.
