Product Description This hands-on, pop-up activity toy introduces your child to different shapes, animals and cause-and-effect play, and rewards discovery with colorful critters! A lever, beeper, key and switches are easy for little hands to activate. As your child presses, turns and twists, she'll be building fine motor skills and having fun as the colorful animals pop up to the corresponding action. There's even a built-in carry handle for on-the-go play.

Great for toddlers! December 26, 2008 J. Hamilton (Sykesville, MD) My son will spend hours pressing the buttons on this toy and watching the animals pop up. It is also a great activity for those motor skills!
Pop'n'Pals December 17, 2008 Deborah Curran (Louisville, KY) This was purchased for my 6-month old grandson. He isn't quite able to work everything yet but it's a great toy and he loves it when the heads pop out.
Even my 2.5 year old still loves it! December 17, 2008 Nicole Newland (Naples, FL) We have the lime green version of this toy and it's a big hit around here. I was actually kind of surprised, considering my girls usually go gaga for the electronic, singing toys, but they both love this. It was one of the first toys my younger daughter could manipulate on her own. It's great for teaching some of those finer motor skills. The button pop-up is their favorite because it squeaks when you press it. My one complaint is that the twist key-type one has to be turned a little more after the animal pops up to get it to go back down again and the girls don't really understand that concept just yet. I don't know if that's a quirk specific to our toy, though. So if you're looking for a cute, durable toy that doesn't require batteries, you are in the right place!
Poorly made, hard to operate November 29, 2008 Elizabeth Powers (Harrison, NY) This is the type of "cause and effect" toy often recommended for babies around 6 mos. The problem is that the buttons, knobs, etc. require FAR more strength than a baby this age can manage which is extremely frustrating for the baby. In addition, one of the levers on my daughter's toy does not "catch" and the door will not close unless you fiddle with it. Since her only enjoyment is closing the doors (once I've opened them) having one door NOT close after repeated tries is also confusing and discouraging. I'm sorry I bought this.
I wouldn't buy it if I could do it over November 17, 2008 A. Constantine This was a disappointing purchase. It really isn't all that interesting after the first couple of minutes. My child didn't seem very interested after our initial play session with it. If I had it to do over, I would pass on this.
