My 6 yr old grson loved this mega spy assortment. He has many of the other Spy Gear items but this one was not to be found anywhere in our area and it was the major item on his Christmas list. He took it out put it together and was setting up his booby traps all over. Then when done all went back into the case. Something I like especially as toys are spread all over otherwise and parts seem to go missing. Highly recommend this item. Even the 18 month old was trying to use it.

This is a decent toy for our son, who loves the spykids, cody banks, etc movies. It has a nice secret pen laser light kit, a manual push radio listen-in car, and weak walkie talkies (they carry a lot of static and noise). However, our son loves the belt spy gear kit that has smaller parts and toys, and is more activity inducing. This boxed set does require MANY batteries, the most expenssive being the "D" rectangular batteries. It also takes AAA/AA batteries. So make sure to check out how many of each kind you need. Otherwise, this toy goes nowhere.
